Bought as have purchased previous thermos products, all of which have been excellent. However, very disappointed with this cup. Washed by hand, on purchase as advised by labelling. On first wash, water in the ‘double skin/sealed’ area of the cup. No way of drying or removing the water. Water stagnant and just sits there, marking the cup. Looks terrible, and unhygienic. Cup not fit for purpose. Would return… but receipt discarded. Do not buy.

Avoid this cup. I thought it would be great to have a hot coffee in my car when driving about. The lid is not watertight so the drink spills everywhere with the slightest movement. I scalded my hand and ruined my work clothes today. What’s the point of a travel mug that you can’t use for travel?
