I purchased because of the indentation that catches all the juices to stop them leaking everywhere and I thought I would be handy to have another tray. With the tray, one side is the chopping board and the other side without the indentation is for using as a dinner tray. I love the larger board as it’s nice and big for preparing food. The little boards are handy too.
